Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of fund accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily fund operations including NAV calculations, expense accruals, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (SEC, BSP) and industry best practices
- Review and approve complex accounting entries, reconciliations, and client deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with precision and professionalism
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments (tax, audit, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of fund accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and Philippine regulatory framework for investment funds
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
