In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between UNICEF’s mission and the local community, advocating for the rights of children and securing necessary support for our critical programs. You will engage in face-to-face interactions, presenting UNICEF’s initiatives to potential donors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that the organization's work is widely understood and appreciated.
As a Fundraiser, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong, lasting relationships with supporters. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, conducting persuasive presentations, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a full-time opportunity for driven individuals who want to contribute to a noble cause while developing their professional skills in sales, communication, and community engagement. You will work closely with the regional team to strategize outreach activities and maximize our fundraising potential in East Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face presentations of UNICEF’s programs and impact stories to potential donors.
- Identify and engage with community members to expand UNICEF’s donor base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries regarding donations and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly fundraising targets and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the regional team to strategize outreach activities and events.
- Accurately document interactions, donations, and follow-up actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for social causes, specifically children’s rights and welfare.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for local field work.
- Fluency in English and local language (Indonesian) is required.
