Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Funeral Director and team in preparing the crematorium and chapel for ceremonies.
- Greet and welcome families with compassion and professionalism, guiding them through the process.
- Handle logistical arrangements, including coordinating with transport services and vendors.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the funeral home and preparation rooms.
- Assist with the cremation process under supervision, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare necessary documents and records related to funeral arrangements and cremation permits.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and filing.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a respectful and dignified environment for families.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean or valid work pass holders are preferred.
- Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a funeral home, mortuary, or similar service industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively with grieving families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality.
