The successful candidate will take full ownership of the funeral service coordination process—from the initial administrative requirements to the final interment or cremation ceremony. You will be expected to maintain high operational standards, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that every service reflects the wishes of the deceased and their loved ones. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end funeral coordination process, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to families regarding funeral arrangements, casket selections, and memorial services.
- Coordinate with vendors, religious leaders, and cemetery staff to ensure logistical excellence.
- Ensure all mortuary operations comply with legal requirements, health standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Manage administrative documentation, including death certificates, permits, and burial records with precision.
- Lead and supervise funeral support staff during ceremonies to maintain professional decorum.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the funeral home and chapel facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in funeral services, hospitality, or client-facing operations is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic care to grieving families.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by the nature of the industry.
- Highly professional appearance and a respectful demeanor.
