Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Industrial Furnaces: Safely operate and monitor furnace equipment, ensuring they are maintained at optimal temperatures and pressure levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality specifications and industry standards.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine safety checks on machinery, report any malfunctions immediately, and strictly follow all safety protocols (SOPs).
- Material Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods to ensure a smooth production workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production logs, temperature readings, and maintenance activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Shift Work: Be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as required by the production schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma (SMK) or equivalent; graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: Basic experience in furnace operation or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of working in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding industrial environment.
- Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.
