Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision engineering and furniture manufacturing? PT. Hey Cool Industri Indonesia is currently seeking a talented Furniture Breakdown / Cutting List Designer to join our growing production team in North Jakarta.
In this role, you will be the bridge between design concepts and final manufacturing. You will be responsible for translating complex architectural drawings into accurate, actionable cutting lists and production breakdowns. We are looking for someone who understands material optimization, production workflows, and has an eye for technical perfection. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural and interior design drawings to create precise production plans.
- Generate detailed cutting lists (BOM - Bill of Materials) for all furniture components.
- Collaborate with the production floor to ensure designs are feasible and efficient to manufacture.
- Calculate material requirements accurately to minimize wastage and maximize cost-efficiency.
- Review technical drawings for errors before releasing them to the workshop.
- Maintain an organized database of templates and standardized furniture components.
- Provide technical support to the assembly team throughout the production process.
- Stay updated with the latest furniture manufacturing technologies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a furniture designer, production planner, or a similar role in the furniture industry.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or specialized furniture manufacturing software.
- Deep understanding of various wood types, materials, hardware, and furniture construction methods.
- High attention to detail with strong mathematical and spatial reasoning skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and blue-prints accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a production team environment.
- Disciplined, independent, and capable of meeting strict production deadlines.
