PT Fortis Pro Construct is currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Furniture Cutting List Designer to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. As a critical member of our production workflow, you will be responsible for translating creative furniture designs into precise, manufacture-ready cutting lists. The ideal candidate possesses an eye for detail, deep knowledge of wood properties, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing material usage, reducing production waste, and ensuring that our custom furniture projects are executed with absolute technical accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural and furniture design drawings to create detailed and accurate cutting lists.
- Calculate material requirements, including dimensions for timber, plywood, and hardware to minimize waste.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure design specifications are correctly interpreted and manufactured.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to generate precise technical documentation for CNC machining and manual assembly.
- Monitor and update material inventory levels based on current project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on cutting patterns to ensure compliance with structural and aesthetic design requirements.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues encountered during the assembly process and provide effective technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Furniture Designer or Cutting List/Production Designer.
- High level of proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of furniture joinery, wood types, laminates, and material properties.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex numerical data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
