Join MyShrine Studios as a Furniture & Material Costing Specialist and spearhead the development of an intelligent Furniture & Lighting Costing Calculator & Material Database System. This pivotal role bridges design innovation with procurement efficiency, ensuring our creative teams have precise cost insights from concept to production. You'll architect a centralized material database that transforms raw data into actionable intelligence, enabling accurate budget forecasting, vendor negotiations, and sustainability tracking. In Bali's dynamic design hub, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize material sourcing, reduce waste, and maintain cost competitiveness in premium furniture manufacturing. Your expertise will directly impact our product margins while supporting MyShrine Studios' commitment to sustainable design excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain an intelligent furniture/lighting costing calculator with dynamic pricing algorithms
- Create and curate a centralized material database with real-time cost tracking
- Analyze material costs, supplier quotes, and production data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with design and procurement teams to integrate costing insights into product development
- Implement cost control measures and validate material specifications against market benchmarks
- Generate monthly cost variance reports and strategic procurement recommendations
- Train cross-functional teams on using the costing calculator and database system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in furniture manufacturing costing or procurement analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and database management systems
- Deep understanding of furniture materials, production processes, and supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing cost models and forecasting tools
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems integration for manufacturing data
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
