Tanggung Jawab
- Source, vet, and negotiate with furniture material suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships for long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and new sourcing channels
- Coordinate with production teams to align purchasing schedules with manufacturing timelines
- Implement supplier performance evaluation systems and quality control protocols
- Manage purchasing budgets and cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and minimize carrying costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing or furniture industry
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of furniture materials, production processes, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in Semarang location with occasional supplier visits
