Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for coding? Pacivic Gaming is looking for a talented Game Developer specializing in FiveM (Lua) to join our growing team in Surabaya. We are dedicated to building immersive, high-performance roleplay experiences, and we need a skilled backend expert to help us push the boundaries of our Qbox-based servers.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our server infrastructure. You will be responsible for crafting custom scripts, optimizing game performance, and ensuring that our players enjoy a seamless and stable environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and deploy custom server-side scripts using Lua for our Qbox framework.
- Maintain and optimize server performance to ensure low latency and high stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bugs, script conflicts, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the creative and design teams to implement new gameplay features and mechanics.
- Manage database updates and integration for user profiles and inventory systems.
- Monitor server logs and implement security patches to prevent exploits and ensure fair play.
- Continuously refine existing codebase to improve code efficiency and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Lua scripting, specifically within the FiveM / Qbox framework.
- Strong understanding of game server architecture and event-driven programming.
- Proficiency in SQL (or similar database languages) for managing player data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex logical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for roleplay gaming environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of version control tools (like Git) is a significant advantage.
