This position offers a unique opportunity to work within one of Singapore's most iconic destinations, where you'll conduct comprehensive audits of high-stakes gaming activities including Cage operations (Fill Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank), Windows, vault activities, Slot machines, Table Games, and Rolling Program transactions. You'll be responsible for identifying financial discrepancies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing robust internal controls to mitigate risks in a fast-paced gaming environment. - Conduct comprehensive audits of Cage operations (Fill Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank), Windows, vault activities, Slot machines, Table Games, and Rolling Program transactions
- Monitor and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Identify financial discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks in gaming transactions
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with gaming operations and finance teams to implement effective control measures
- Stay updated with gaming industry regulations and audit best practices
- Perform surprise audits and investigations as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, CIA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality industry
- Deep understanding of gaming regulations and internal control frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and presenting reports
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Knowledge of casino operations and gaming transaction processes
