AION Group International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gardener & Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Bali. In this role, you will be the custodian of our villa’s aesthetic appeal and operational functionality. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in maintaining lush, beautiful gardens and possesses the technical skills to handle routine repairs that keep our property in pristine condition.
The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and committed to providing a high standard of service. Whether you are pruning plants, ensuring the irrigation system is working, or performing light maintenance on villa facilities, your contribution is vital to our guest satisfaction and property longevity. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and cultivate villa gardens, including weeding, pruning, planting, and lawn care.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Perform regular checks on irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
- Execute routine handyman tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs.
- Monitor the property for any signs of damage or wear and tear and report issues to management.
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas, swimming pool surroundings, and pathway aesthetics.
- Assist in general property upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or Handyman, preferably in a villa or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, tropical gardening techniques, and soil health.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Residency in Bali or willingness to work in the specific project location.
