Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for landscaping and property maintenance? AION Group International is seeking a skilled and reliable Gardener / Handyman to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be the custodian of our villa's aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that our property remains in pristine condition for guests and residents alike.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, possesses a 'can-do' attitude, and has the versatility to manage both lush garden spaces and essential household repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine gardening tasks including watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing plants.
- Ensure the garden aesthetics remain consistent with company quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the villa to identify and perform light maintenance repairs.
- Manage basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as requested.
- Maintain property cleanliness, including cleaning walkways, poolsides, and outdoor furniture.
- Ensure all gardening tools and maintenance equipment are kept in good working order.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Gardener or Handyman, preferably in a villa or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant care and landscaping maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for light household repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of professional integrity.
- Basic understanding of professional English is a plus.
