Bali Super Host, a leading property management company in Ubud, is seeking a dedicated Gardener Staff to maintain the lush, tropical landscapes of our exclusive villa collection. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain the pristine, serene retreats our guests expect.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the unique horticultural needs of Bali’s tropical environment, and can contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of our high-end accommodations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular landscaping maintenance including lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming.
- Care for a wide variety of tropical plants, shrubs, and trees, ensuring optimal health and aesthetics.
- Design and implement watering schedules and ensure efficient irrigation system functionality.
- Execute seasonal planting and plant propagation as required to enhance villa gardens.
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Ensure the exterior grounds of the properties are clean, free of debris, and welcoming for guests.
- Apply fertilizers and organic pest control treatments following sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any exterior property issues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or in a similar horticultural role.
- Deep knowledge of tropical plants, flowers, and local landscaping techniques in Bali.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and general garden equipment maintenance.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Residency in or around the Ubud area is highly preferred.
