Tanggung Jawab
- Operate cutting machinery to precisely fabricate garment pieces according to patterns and specifications
- Inspect and prepare fabric materials for cutting, ensuring optimal alignment and grain direction
- Collaborate with pattern makers and production supervisors to implement cutting plans
- Maintain equipment calibration and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor cutting quality and make adjustments to minimize fabric waste
- Document production metrics and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train new team members on cutting techniques and machinery operation
- Adhere to production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garment cutting operations
- Proficiency in operating cutting machinery (straight knife, band knife, or computerized systems)
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, grain lines, and cutting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret garment patterns and technical specifications
- Detail-oriented with precision measurement and quality control skills
- Physical ability to handle fabric rolls and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes
