In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end garment production process, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while maintaining strict timelines and budget constraints.
As a Garment Merchandiser at Trisco, you will act as the bridge between design, production, and client requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with factory units, and managing the supply chain to ensure a seamless production flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete garment production lifecycle, from initial sampling to final shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate closely with factories and suppliers to ensure production schedules are met and quality control standards are upheld.
- Monitor material consumption and cost efficiency to optimize the production budget.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and internal design teams regarding product specifications and timeline updates.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Liaise with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and fabric quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in garment merchandising within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of textile materials, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges.
