We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Garment Production Assistant & Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of our clothing line, from initial concept to final product delivery. You will work closely with various vendors across Bali to ensure high-quality standards are met and production timelines are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of the local textile industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand's reputation for quality and timely delivery while building strong relationships with our production partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee garment production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with various vendors and suppliers across Bali
- Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of products
- Source materials and negotiate with suppliers for best prices and quality
- Monitor production progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and vendor communications
- Collaborate with design team to ensure production feasibility of new designs
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garment production management
- Strong knowledge of textile materials and production techniques
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with vendors in Bali or Indonesia
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Proficiency in production management software or tools
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
