Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in garment quality control or similar role
- Strong knowledge of AQL standards and quality inspection methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify subtle defects and inconsistencies
- Familiarity with garment production processes (CMT operations)
- Proficient in documenting quality reports and maintaining inspection records
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with factory teams
