Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process outgoing payments, including checks, bank transfers, and electronic disbursements, ensuring strict accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including vendor management and invoice verification.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, expense forecasts, and monthly financial forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with company financial policies and relevant local tax regulations (BIR/PSA).
- Reconcile credit card statements and manage petty cash accounts to ensure proper documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in general accounting, with a preference for experience in the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and BIR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
