Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for management review
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements
- Support budget preparation and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with retail teams to analyze operational financial performance
- Implement and optimize accounting controls to prevent discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in retail sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
