Rankor Agricultural Trading is a leading player in the agricultural industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. We are currently looking for a General Accountant to manage our financial operations in Concepcion, Tarlac. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between ₱25,000 and ₱30,000 per month.
As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. You will also assist in internal and external audits, ensure compliance with BIR regulations, and contribute to process improvements.
Our ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Philippine tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
