In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end General Ledger (GL) processes, ensuring accurate financial data across all business units.
Your role will involve performing complex bank reconciliations and preparing comprehensive financial statements. You will also drive regulatory compliance by managing essential BIR filings and representing the company during external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) processes and month-end close activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting and manage inter-company transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and tax filings.
- Assist in external audits and provide comprehensive documentation to auditors.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.
- Analyze financial data to support budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and BIR tax requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel functions.
- Demonstrated experience in audit representation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
