We are seeking a meticulous General Accountant to join Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation's finance team. In this critical role, you will ensure the integrity of our financial records by accurately recording transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and tracking capital expenditures against budgets. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive asset documentation, implementing robust monitoring systems, and supporting compliance with accounting standards. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining precision in financial reporting and analysis.
Tanggung Jawab
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances monthly
- Monitor capital expenditures against approved budgets
- Manage fixed asset documentation and depreciation tracking
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments for financial data collection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
