Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end month-end closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including preparation and timely filing of tax returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlement and collection.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
- Monitor and track fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate expense reporting and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict monthly deadlines.
