Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including invoice verification and collections
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Process payroll and related accounting entries
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
