Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts with accurate record-keeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents
- Support internal and external audits as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- CPA license is preferred but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
