Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense monitoring
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
