Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Handle tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Collaborate with department heads for budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Assist in external and internal audits by providing accurate financial documentation and reports.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in general accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with mainstream accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- In-depth knowledge of local Philippine tax laws and regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
