Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax returns.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Participate in internal and external audit processes to ensure financial transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
