Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and lodge accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) in compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and multi-currency transactions with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting.
- Proven working experience with Australian Tax compliance and regulations is mandatory.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
