Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including General Ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet account analysis, and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of BIR tax filings (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax) and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to ensure smooth and transparent reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in general accounting or audit practice.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
