Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate general ledger records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliation reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and government reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement and improve internal control procedures.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in general accounting, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
