As a General Accountant at FUJIFILM Philippines, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, executing essential accounting processes, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts).
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related transactions with precision.
- Support tax compliance by assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring adherence to Philippine tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is a minimum requirement.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably within an multinational company setting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/PFRS) and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
