Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance explanations
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on general accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and consolidations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
