As a General Accountant at Infinit-O, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting processes, providing critical support to our management team through accurate reporting and analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with reporting standards.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filings.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and accrual management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve operational workflows.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in general accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, night-shift environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
