Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process financial transactions in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
