Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with corporate accounting standards.
- Serve as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and global compliance policies.
- Participate in audit preparation and support the execution of internal and external audit requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for management review and project analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local statutory accounting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to data integrity.
