Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end fixed asset accounting processes, including additions, transfers, disposals, and impairments.
- Perform accurate and timely monthly depreciation runs and reconciliations for North American entities.
- Execute complex month-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in asset registers and sub-ledgers to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with local business units to verify asset physical existence and audit documentation requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear, concise, and compliant financial schedules.
- Identify opportunities to streamline fixed asset workflows and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, with a specific focus on Fixed Assets.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or other large-scale ERP systems is essential.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for large data set analysis.
- Excellent command of English, with strong communication skills to support North American stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
