Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations and tax filing requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements and tax returns
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts monthly
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Monitor tax law updates and implement compliance changes
- Assist in internal and external audits with required documentation
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR procedures
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
