Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily financial transactions and journal entries.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure the timely settlement of outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the preparation of internal reporting.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Verify and reconcile accounts payable and receivable records to ensure accuracy.
- Support the Finance Manager with general accounting tasks and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory financial standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
