Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Support the tax filing process and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to facilitate smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and other financial documentation for accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
