Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong understanding of PFRS and Philippine tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
