Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial statements
- Process journal entries and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Monitor compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries
- Implement and improve accounting processes for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- CPA license is preferred but not required
