Aboitiz Construction is looking for a dynamic General Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team, managing the budgeting process, and ensuring strict compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PhilFRS) and local regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Develop, monitor, and control the company's annual operating budget and forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, PhilFRS, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, PhilFRS, and internal audit procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
