Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, banking regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-efficiency within the department.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
