As our General Accounting Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and store-level sales transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including filing BIR returns and handling audits.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless annual compliance.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a major advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various team levels.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
