Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts across multiple entities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with internal audit teams during SOX and compliance reviews
- Implement and optimize accounting processes using SAP and Oracle systems
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and IFRS
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in multinational corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO and Oracle Financials
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Certification in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is advantageous
- Excellent command of English with strong report-writing abilities
