Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions.
- Assist in external and internal audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and responses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
