Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and adherence to policies
- Develop and maintain accounting documentation and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Experience with tax compliance and audit support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
