Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash disbursements.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Manage regulatory compliance processes, including accurate and timely filing of BIR returns and other statutory requirements.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and detect discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities to support operational requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR tax regulations, and regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
